Green tea vs Matcha


While the benefits of green tea have been spoken about for years, the sudden appearance of matcha and matcha lattes has got us questioning whether there was a big difference between a cup of plain old green tea and its Instagram famous sister, matcha. Is matcha powder better for you than green tea?
