Matcha Magic Nice Cream
We love nice cream, yes we do, we love nice cream, how about you?! Summer may be over, but that's not stopping us from enjoying our frozen treats. This recipe uses one of our new blends, and contains the added benefits of maca, wheatgrass and barley grass. Talk about a bowl of goodness!
- 6 frozen bananas
- A free pour of Matcha
- 1/2 - 1/2 cup coconut cream
- Dash of almond milk
- Dash rice malt syrup (can omit)
- 2 - 3 mint leaves
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate
Pop everything except the choc chunks into a blender and blend blend blend until well combined. Eyeball the amount of almond milk, we used enough to get the mix smooth but not too runny. Mix the chocolate through the mixture by hand and then transfer into a mini loaf pan, or any freezer safe dish, really!
Freeze for 2 hours, then, whip out, dish up & enjoy!
