Minty Fresh Smoothie Bowl Goodness
We have recently discovered something amazing. Smoothies + mint = heaven. Seriously! When you add mint into your blender when making a smoothie bowl, your smoothie will level up to a whole new level of deliciousness.
Who knew that a little green mint leaf could make such a difference?
Before you knock it, you should 100% try it!
And with Melbourne weather holding up and the abundance of frozen fruit in the house, we've been downing nice cream like no tomorrow!
When we make our smoothie bowls we just tend to load up the vitamix and blend until we're happy. We used
- Frozen banana pieces
- Frozen mango chunks
- Mint leaves
- Almond milk
- Handful of walnuts & chia
We've topped this bowl with cherries, banana, blueberries, more mint, cacao nibs and loads of homemade granola - our go to sugar free recipe is coming soon and it is slightly addictive.. Hence the overload!
