Our products are dairy free, refined sugar free, vegan as well as being nutritionist made. We use 100% natural ingredients, with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. Our products are proudly 100% Australian made and owned and also add in real chocolate chunks, not just cacao nibs! So why wouldn't you treat yourself?!

What is the shelf life of your mixes and blends?

All of our blends come with a batch number & best before date! If stored correctly, unopened, they should last 18 - 24 months.

What do I add to the mixes?

We have made is as simple as possible for you! Follow our recipe by adding the suggested amounts of rice malt syrup & coconut oil.

What can I use in place of Rice Malt Syrup?

If you're not following the FODMAP diet, use dates or another sweetener in place of the rice malt. Products like agave syrup, coconut nectar, 100% pure maple syrup or even honey will work. We love rice malt syrup because it’s harvested from organic brown rice and has a nutritional profile that makes it a slower releasing source of energy in the body.

Do you deliver to P.O Boxes?

Unfortunately with larger orders, we use a courier service and are unable to deliver to P.O boxes. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

How long until my order arrives?

Items are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days excluding weekends and public holidays (unless otherwise stated). If your order is placed on a Public Holiday/weekend, it will be dispatched within the next 2 business days. Estimated delivery time is between 2 - 7 working days, depending on location. Although great care is taken to ensure all deliveries get dispatched in the allocated time period; in times of higher than normal order volume we hold the right to extend the 1 business day processing time.

Can I get a refund on my order?

As we sell food products, we unfortunately cannot offer change of mind refunds. However, if your product arrives damaged or you believe it to be faulty, please contact us via the contact form on this website with the subject "att: faulty goods" and we will endeavour get back to you within 48 hours. Please take a photo of damaged item/s and please do not dispose of the item/s until we have exchanged it/them.

We reserve the right to ask you to send us back the product/s whether it is damaged or the incorrect item before issuing a replacement. In case of error on our behalf, or regarding goods damaged in transit, we will cover transportation costs. 

Where are HFP mixes from?

Our blends are 100% Australian owned and made using the highest quality, cruelty free ingredients available to us. 

Are they suitable for children?

Absolutely! Our mixes contain nuts, so keep this in mind, however the remainder of the ingredients are healthy and jam packed with goodness.

What allergies do you cater for?

All of our mixes are free from all animal products and animal bi-products. They are dairy free, soy free, vegan, and we have FODMAP options available. A cookie mix and blue latte that you can feel good about! Ingredients which are organic are noted in the ingredients list.
