The Ultimate Blue Latte
Are you after a magical caffeine free latte filled with healing vibes, superfoods, that is completely sugar-free, vegan, keto, & paleo?
Oh and did we mention that it's also blue? Yum! You're at the right place!
- 1 teaspoon butterfly pea powder
- 1/2 teaspoon maca powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger (optional, adds a nice heat)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup steamed almond or coconut milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder
- Gently heat up your almond milk and pop some water onto boil.
- Add the cinnamon, vanilla, maca and butterfly pea into a mug, cover with warm water. The ingredients will dissolve right away.
- Once almond milk is done, froth if desired and add to your mug. Optional - decorate with extra butterfly pea and mix through your ginger powder prior to drinking.
