How to: DIY Chocolate

Our go to chocolate recipes are so easy to do! You can always sub the dark chocolate in our recipes with 85% or higher store bought (we love our 90% Lindt and 85% Green & Black's organic)

Easy Dark Chocolate: 

You will need

  • 3/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons rice malt syrup
  • 3/4 cup cup cacao or cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream

Add all ingredients into a a saucepan over a low heat, stirring until melted and combined well.

Easy White Chocolate:

For our go to basic white choc recipe, you will need

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup cacao butter
  • 3 tablespoons rice malt syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons coconut cream

Add all ingredients into a a saucepan over a low heat, stirring until melted and well incorporated. You can use this in moulds on its own, or you can add flavourings to it.. Yum!
